    Hannah Froese is a dedicated professional with a passion for community engagement and fitness. As the event coordinator for the Hawaii Fitness Foundation, she plays a key role in connecting local businesses, coordinating event logistics, and supporting first responders and youth through fitness challenges.

    With her organizational skills and commitment to building strong, impactful relationships, Hannah helps create opportunities for the community to come together, promote healthy living, and share the values of service and resilience. Her work with the Hawaii Fitness Foundation reflects her belief in the power of fitness to inspire positive change and foster connections across diverse groups.

  • Tiger Hill

    Director, Hawaii Fitness Foundation

    Tiger Hill is a strength and conditioning coach with over 11 years of experience, specializing in training Hawaii First Responders - police, firefighters, SRT, SWAT, medical professionals, service members and youth mentorship programs. Born and raised in Hawai’i, he has a deep understanding of the community and is passionate about building strength, resilience, and leadership through fitness.

    Now living on the Big Island with his wife and four children, Tiger is committed to giving back by helping others reach their full potential. His work with the Hawaii Fitness Foundation focuses on equipping first responders with the tools they need for their demanding roles while inspiring the next generation to lead active, healthy lives.

  • Carrie Nicholson

    Co-Director, Hawaii Fitness Foundation

    Carrie Nicholson brings leadership, community, engagement, and a passion for health and wellness to Hawaii Fitness Foundation. A top-producing Realtor-Broker for over 20 years, she has helped shape the Big Island’s luxury market while embracing an active lifestyle.

    Born and raised in Hawai’i, Carrie is a certified Coast Guard submarine co-pilot, rescue scuba diver, with a deep love for the ocean and outdoor fitness. She lives on the West Coast of the Big Island with her husband and three children. Her commitment to the community aligns with the foundation’s mission to support first responders, youth and promote a healthier Hawaii.
